Focus: Labor Law
This course aims to supply undergrad students with a glance on the international legal system that provides for labour relations by presenting the main sources of International Labour Law and Regional Labour Law. The students will be encourage to analize ILO´s conventions, as well as Regional Regulations, and to propose new ones to manage current issues arising from labour relations.
