The course will aim to present the scientific and technological aspects of spray drying. It will include theoretical and practical part, so that students can employ the spray dryer of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the UFJF potentiating the apprentice of the concepts presented in the theory. The theoretical course will be conducted through lecture, group problem solving and use of software for engineering calculations related to spray dryer.
