The dissertation/thesis homologation process is processed virtually, in the Electronic Information System (SEI), in a maximum of 90 (ninety) calendar days after the defense is made.
The student must perform the following steps in order to start the process in SEI:
Academic work must be standardized in ABNT, according to the Library’s manual, available at https://www.ufjf.br/biblioteca/servicos/#normalizacao.
Note: The current upload limit for external documents in SEI is 20 MB, so the dissertation/thesis file size should be noted.
Automatically generated by filling out a form, made available by the Knowledge Diffusion Center (CDC), at https://www2.ufjf.br/biblioteca/ficha-catalografica/.
More information at: https://www2.ufjf.br/biblioteca/servicos/#ficha-catalografica.
The Masters and Doctoral Transcripts of students with completed status can be accessed at SIGA and printed with electronic authentication.
If any student needs a signed Academic Transcript, he/she must apply at the Service Center. In this case, a service fee will be applied pursuant to Ordinance 13/2018-PROPLAN/UFJF.
Students will also be able to print the Certificate of Course Completion by accessing SIGA with their login and password. The Certificate may be used until the diplomas are printed, signed by the Rector and registered with GRA/CDARA.
