Introduction

The Master’s Course in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora was created in November 1998. The Doctoral Course began on March 2, 2009.

The courses’ concentration areas – Electric Energy Systems and Electronic Systems – aim to train human resources, carry out research and deepen technical and scientific studies.

The courses are organized as a harmonic set of disciplines to provide the student with the improvement of the training already acquired and to allow him to develop a Master’s Dissertation and Doctoral Thesis according to his strengths and predilections.
