Critt
The Regional Innovation and Technology Transfer Center (Critt), created in April of 1995, is the Center for Technological Innovation (NIT) of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF).
Among its responsibilities is the management UFJF’s innovation policy and the coordination of the Incubator of Technological Base.With its qualification as a NIT, the Critt also takes responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of the institutional policy of fostering the protection of creations, licensing, innovation and other forms of technology transfer.
The incubator has the role of mediating and assisting with the successful insertion and permanence of firms in the market. Especially focused on innovative ideas and measures, the Critt works with entrepreneurs and their companies by providing them with high quality advisory work, thus contributing to the dissemination and application of concepts, methods and renewed management technologies.
The Critt also stands out for its impact on regional economic development; among his major contributions is the amplification of the concepts of clean technologies, care for the environment and respect for nature.Their partnerships span over public and private institutions through programs and projects that enhance a diverse training and a rich exchange of experiences.
