Collaborating professor in the Graduate Program in History (Programa de Pós-Graduação em História – PPGH) at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora – UFJF) and associate professor in the Graduate Program in Arts, Culture and Languages at the Institute of Arts and Design (Instituto de Artes e Design – IAD), where she also teaches in the Bachelor’s Program in Cinema and Audiovisual. She has a PhD in Multimedia from the State University of Campinas (Universidade Estadual de Campinas – Unicamp). She is a professor in the International Master in Audiovisual and Cinema Studies (IMACS). She coordinates the research group CPCine: History, Aesthetics and Narratives in Cinema and Audiovisual (CPCine: História, Estética e Narrativas em Cinema e Audiovisual), which is responsible for the Cine Club Movement (Cineclube Movimento) extension project and the Minas is Cinema (Minas é Cinema) research project. She has experience in the area of arts, with an emphasis on Brazilian cinema, working mainly on the following topics: Brazilian cinema, cinematographic activity, cinema and history and creation process.
