Postdoctoral fellow at the University of São Paulo (USP) and Doctor of History at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, with a PhD internship (Chercheur Invité) at the École Doctorale d’Histoire Moderne et Contemporaine of the Université Paris-IV-Sorbonne (2015-2016). He was a fellow of the Brazilian Chair of the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). Researcher member of the Red Arandurã (IPPDH-Mercosul) and the International Network of Studies on States of Exception and State Terrorism. Won second place in the Research Doctoral Prize in History of Law in Latin America (Valencia/ESP, 2019). Creator and editor of the podcast ”State of Exception”’, specializing in scientific dissemination about risks and threats to democracy.
