The Graduate Program in Science and Technology of Milk and Milk Products (PPGCTLD) of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), in association with the Agricultural Research Company of Minas Gerais – Instituto de Laticínios Cândido Tostes ( EPAMIG-ILCT) and the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (EMBRAPA) – Gado de Leite, aims to train professionals capable of developing activities in the Science and Technology of Milk and Milk Products. The PPGCTLD is developed at the Professional Master’s level, aiming at training personnel for advanced professional practice that transforms applied procedures and processes.
