Multi-User Biodiversity Research Laboratory (MULTIBIO)

The Multi-User Biodiversity Research Laboratory (MULTIBIO) is linked to the Graduate Program in Biodiversity and Nature Conservation (PPG BIODIVERSIDADE) at UFJF. Its purpose is to enable the implementation of interdisciplinary projects in basic and applied research, in addition to providing multi-user equipment to support postgraduate research activities, innovation, and service provision.

The objectives of MULTIBIO are: to support scientific research activities, increase the efficiency of research resource use, and allow the faculty members involved to enhance the quantity and quality of scientific knowledge produced in the field of biodiversity through dissertations, theses, scientific publications, and patents.

The use of MULTIBIO is intended for professors, researchers, and students from UFJF and other Research Institutions. Undergraduate Research students may only use the MULTIBIO Laboratory if accompanied by a responsible individual (Professors/Researchers and Postgraduate Students). External users may use the MULTIBIO Laboratory provided they are accompanied by administrative staff (TAE) and are duly approved by the Infrastructure Committee, following the established norms and procedures.
