PPGACL tracks the professional and academic activities of its alumni. This monitoring occurs continuously in two ways:

1. Alumni fill out an annual report on their artistic, technical, and intellectual productions, as well as professional activities, enabling the program to track research developments and work outcomes.

2. Every four years, alumni are invited to respond to surveys evaluating the program, including aspects such as faculty, curriculum, and impact on professional life, providing feedback for self-assessment.

Note: For obtaining a transcript or course completion certificate (before diploma issuance), alumni should access SIGA for electronic authentication. If a signature is needed, requests can be made at the Service Center, with a fee as per Portaria 13/2018 –PROPLAN / UFJF.
