O IMACS – International Master in Cinema Studies – é uma rede internacional que reúne 16 universidades, sendo 14 europeias, 1 canadense e 1 brasileira, a UFJF. O objetivo da rede é que os alunos de mestrado das universidades parceiras possam cursar o segundo e o terceiro semestres do seu mestrado cumprindo créditos no exterior. Essa iniciativa favorece o intercâmbio de alunos e professores que pesquisem cinema e audiovisual, o aperfeiçoamento de pesquisas e a internacionalização do PPGACL. The IMACS – International Master in Cinema Studies – is an international network that brings together 16 universities, 14 of which are European, 1 Canadian and 1 Brazilian, UFJF. The network’s goal is that master students from partner universities can take the second and third semesters of their master’s degree while fulfilling credits abroad. This initiative favors the exchange of students and teachers who research cinema and audiovisual, the improvement of research and the internationalization of PPGACL. IMACS works only for the master’s degree and is not a guideline, that is, the master’s degree of the student enrolled at UFJF will be from UFJF. The IMACS / UFJF coordination issues a document to be attached to the diploma, proving that the student has taken the disciplines at foreign universities. Link

El objetivo de la red es que los estudiantes de maestría de las universidades asociadas puedan cursar el segundo y tercer semestre de su maestría mediante el cumplimiento de créditos en el extranjero.
