The Scientific Committee of COBEP2017, through JEMS system, has received 286 papers to be reviewed. A team of 205 reviewers, from many parts of the globe, have issued 613 reviews and most of the papers have been reviewed twice. At last, 236 papers have been approved for publication, provided the authors submit their paper final versions (according to the reviewers’ suggestions) and observe the registration and copyright requirements.
