Prof. Josep M. Guerrero has just agreed to present a Plenary Speak during COBEP 2017. Prof. Guerrero is with the Aalborg University, Denmark, and is involved with research topics on Active Power Quality, DC Microgrids, Flywheel Energy Storage etc.
