Are you interested in slowing down the aging process? Any research topics related to understanding the aging process are welcome.

  • Mathematical modeling of age-associated diseases;
  • Mathematical modeling of biological phenomena associated to aging and/or cell senescence;
  • Pharmacology research related to aging;
  • Drug development;
  • Other related topics.

Poster Session

Graduate and Undergraduate Students are encouraged to submit abstracts for poster presentations.

Recommended poster size: 90 cm wide x 120 cm height. (We can print your poster! Prepare it and wait for instructions)

Prepare to talk about your poster for 3 – 5 min.

This year’s best poster was awarded to:

“Creation of Virtual Cardiac Models for Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy”,  presented by Thais de Jesus Soares.

And honoroble mention given to:

“A comparative study of estradiol secretion during human menstrual and rat estrous cycles using clinical data and mathematical modeling with applications in menopause and aging research”, presented by Karthikha Sri Indran.

Posters were selected upon submission of an abstract. The document should contain the TitleAuthors and Affiliations, the Abstract and main References. It should contain up to 2 pages. Only PDF documents will be accepted.

Suggested Templates:

At least one author should register to the event before submission.

Abstracts presented in person during poster session at the symposium will be published in the conference proceedings (via Even3).

*Selected authors will be invited to submit extended versions of their work for consideration to a Special Issue. More information soon.
