All UFJF community (students and faculty) have free access to “Portal de Periódicos da CAPES”, a virtual scientific library that provides remote access to full texts of more than 38,000 scientific journals and eleven databases (such as Web of Science, Scopus and PsychInfo). 

The computer resources provided by UFJF Infocenters, video conference room at HU-UFJF) also enable the work of students and faculty in the development of their research, as well as examining boards by teleconference.

Just as with the libraries, many research groups have their own computer labs.
