I currently hold the position of University Assistant in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (DMI) at Eduardo Mondlane University, in Mozambique. I hold a Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) in Mathematics from Eduardo Mondlane University and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. I am currently a PhD student at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), Brazil, where I am pursuing a degree in Computational Modeling. I have experience in Mathematics, with an emphasis on Applied Mathematics. At present, my research focuses on the spatial and temporal modeling of the population dynamics of insecticide-resistant mosquitoes.
