He earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ) in 2021 and a master’s degree in Computational Modeling in 2023 from the Graduate Program in Computational Modeling (PPGMC) at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). He is currently a PhD candidate in the PPGMC and a Shell Brasil Petróleo LTDA scholarship holder at the Applied Mathematics Laboratory (LAMAP/UFJF), where he conducts research focused on uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and numerical methods (FEM/FVM) applied to enhanced oil recovery. He has experience in computational fluid dynamics simulations (FVM, OpenFOAM, turbulence modeling), programming (C, C++, Python, MATLAB), multi-objective optimization using evolutionary algorithms, and computer-aided design (CAD).
