IFNW 2016 – Juiz de Fora, Brazil

The second edition of the International FrameNet Workshop was collocated with the 9th International Conference on Construction Grammar (ICCG 9) and held in Juiz de Fora, Brazil, on October 8th and 9th 2016.

A total of 15 submissions were accepted for oral presentation. IFNW 2016 brought together FrameNet-building teams from Brazil, China, Germany, Sweden and the USA, plus other groups of researchers interested in using FrameNet and other Language Resources in diverse applications.

IFNW 2016 held the founding event for Global FrameNet and defined the nature of the shared annotation task to be pursued by participating teams.
